The Craft group started in March 2008. We meet on Monday afternoons between 1-3 pm in the John Vianney Meeting room at Christ the King.
At present there are 17 members from various churches and we will always welcome new members. You do not need to be an expert as we help support each other and learn new skills over a cup of tea and a chat. We have enjoyed making Easter and Christmas crafts as well as clothes suitable for “Build a Bear” teddies. Funds raised are donated to the Millennium Project.
We also welcome any offers of people who cannot attend meetings, but would like to knit or sew at home to support us and we would be grateful for donations of wool, material, ribbons etc.
